Return Policy

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at info@zipplypk.com for instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
